A contract between Pony Nutz and the customer for the sale of products shall only exist when the order has been accepted by Pony Nutz, then subsequently processed and made ready for despatch. After this your credit/debit card will be debited for the value of the goods and postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our pricing of products and services:

Every effort is made to ensure that prices are correct. We do reserve the right to change prices, when necessary, or to discontinue a product or service. In the event that we have to change a price, for a product that you have ordered, we will contact you to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Paying for your order:

You may pay for your order by credit or debit card. All our prices are shown in £ Sterling. Payment for your order is accepted through a secure 128 bit encrypted area of our website. Your details are only decrypted after they reach our credit card payment service provider, who then processes the transaction on our behalf. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Availability of products:

All our delivery dates are estimates. We try to ensure that we hold good stock levels of products. However sometimes to circumstances beyond our control such as high sales of a popular product or manufacturing problems, a product may be out of stock. In this case we will inform you by e-mail, whereupon you will be given the option of cancelling your order for that item, choosing another item, or waiting for the original item to come into stock.

Delivery:

The postage and packing charges for delivery in the UK and Ireland are as follows: orders under £19 will cost £3.00; orders over £19 will cost £4.50.

Liability for information:

Every effort is taken to ensure that products are listed with correct features, benefits, sizes, colours and prices. We do not recommend any products through our portrayal of them.

Links to other sites and third parties:

We may offer relevant companies links to their websites, we cannot be held responsible for how they use your data once you are at their site. Pony Nutz does not endorse these sites, these links are provided as a utility for your use.

Descriptions, sizes and measurements of products:

Sizes, measurements and descriptions are displayed as told to us by the manufacturers, we cannot be held responsible for their exactness. With regard to colours we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour that is caused by computer systems or software used by you.

Value Added Tax (VAT):

All products contain VAT in the pricing where applicable and this is at the current rate.

Returns:

As the shopper you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of your contract with us, or seven days from receipt of the goods. To cancel an order that you have not yet received, please send and e-mail (or telephone 01562 777111) stating your name, order code and goods ordered. If you have received the goods and wish to cancel within 7 days please return the goods in original condition and we will refund your payment after they are received.
